Terms
How engagements are scoped, priced, delivered, and bounded. The full agreement is provided at scoping and is what governs: this site describes the terms we offer and is kept consistent with them, but the executed Statement of Work — and the master agreement, where one exists — controls, and site content is not part of any agreement unless the agreement says so.
Scope and price
- Prices published on this site are the prices. They are fixed, quoted before work begins, and unchanged after it.
- Every engagement carries a written scope card naming what is included and what is excluded. Work outside it is a written change scope, agreed and priced before it starts — never absorbed silently.
- Work begins on a dated start window agreed at scoping. Where a delivery figure is marked a provisional delivery target, the engagement quotes its own dated window instead.
Delivery
- Every load-bearing claim carries its source. Where a claim could not be verified, it is labeled as an inference, an assumption, or unresolved — never presented as established.
- One revision cycle is included on dossier-class work.
- Intelligence decays. Every deliverable states its evidence cut-off date and what should be re-verified before acting on it.
Confidentiality
Client work is confidential. Nothing from a delivered engagement appears publicly — as a sample, a reference, or an anonymized example — without written permission. The demonstrations on this site are built with invented data for that reason.
