Senior Adviser
Al Lustgarten has more than four decades of media, technology, and operational leadership experience, including over forty years at Hearst Television. He served as Senior Vice President, Technology and Information Services until his retirement in 2023, leading technology, information services, back-office ad operations, cloud transformation, information security, analytics, and machine-learning initiatives across a major broadcast organization. He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His consulting approach combines pragmatic problem-solving with an innovation-minded perspective on technology and operational transformation. He helps organizations build and scale products, modernize platforms, advance engineering capabilities, and apply generative AI to improve productivity and deliver customer-centric outcomes. He also serves on two nonprofit boards: the Board of Advisors for Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman School of Business, where he has contributed since January 2023, and Belongó, a performing arts organization focused on performance, education, community service, and inclusive cultural engagement, where he has served since January 2025.
