About

Who does the work, and who signs it.

Binary Advisers is Henry Bestritsky. He scopes the question, does the analysis, and signs the recommendation — and he is accountable for it. Senior advisers pressure-test that work; they do not dilute who answers for it.

Henry Bestritsky

Why that is on the About page rather than buried

A firm this size cannot offer the redundancy a staffed team can, and pretending otherwise would be the first unverifiable claim on a site whose whole proposition is that claims are checkable. What it can offer is that the person who scoped the question is the person who did the work and the person who will defend the conclusion to your board.

Background

Henry co-founded Binary Tree in 1993 and led it as co-CEO: a New York enterprise-software firm, started with seven people near Wall Street, that grew past two hundred across multiple locations moving large organizations off Lotus Notes and Domino onto Microsoft platforms. Quest Software acquired the company in 2020. The “Binary” in Binary Advisers is that lineage.

Migration work is unforgiving in a way that shaped everything since. Before anyone moved a mailbox, somebody had to read the client’s environment as it actually was — what was there, what it would cost, what would break — because a wrong read surfaced in production, with names attached. PRISM industrializes that discipline and points it at markets, buyers, and executive decisions instead of server rooms. Henry works from the New York metropolitan area.

Where PRISM came from

PRISM was not designed in the abstract and then taken to market. It was built inside live engagements — assessments, account dossiers, launch analyses, confidential executive briefs — and rebuilt every time real work exposed a weakness. The recent work on this site is the record of that: each engagement sharpened the method that delivered the next one.

The bench

Our senior advisers bring executive-level judgment, deep domain expertise, and practical experience leading complex technology, operations, and business transformation. They help pressure-test assumptions, sharpen recommendations, and ensure the work is grounded in real-world operating realities and customer expectations. They do not scope your engagement, perform the analysis, or sign the recommendation — that is the principal’s, and it stays the principal’s.

The commitments the site runs on

  • Every price that has been set is on the site. Where there is no price, the reason is on the site instead. Nothing is held back for a sales call.
  • No invented proof — no borrowed logos, no manufactured praise, no false urgency. What you see claimed is what can be shown.
  • Nobody is named on this site — client or adviser — without having approved the exact words first. The discretion you see in the examples is the discretion you would receive.
  • Every conclusion that carries weight arrives with its evidence trail, its confidence, and what would change it.
